Refund and Return Policy: Invivo Aesthetics

  1. Refund Eligibility:
  2. Treatment Fees: Refunds are eligible for treatment fees paid by the patient for services not rendered or in cases where the treatment is deemed unsuitable after a professional assessment by our medical team.
  3. Consultation Fees: Consultation fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If a consultation fee is applicable, it covers the time and expertise of our medical professionals.
  4. Return Eligibility for Products:
  5. Skincare Products: Unopened and unused skincare products may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase. Returns are subject to inspection.
  6. Refund and Return Process:
  7. Request: To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at refunds@invivohospitals.com within 7 days of the original transaction or product delivery.
  8. Assessment: Refund requests and product returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our medical team may review the circumstances and the nature of the treatment provided or the condition of the returned product.
  9. Approval: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approval date. Approved product returns will be processed after inspection.
  10. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items:
  11. Used Products: Skincare products that have been opened or used are non-returnable.
  12. Missed Appointments: Fees for missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  13. Cancellations:
  14. Treatment Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment appointment, please provide at least 14 days’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
  15. Consultation Appointments: Consultation appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  16. Force Majeure:
  17. Invivo Aesthetics is not responsible for refunds or returns in cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government regulations.
